Subscriber-Led Sales teaches you strategy, positioning, and how to write emails that connect and convert – using your own voice, your own expertise, and your own personality.
If you choose to use AI tools to support your writing process, that’s your call. In fact, I support the use of intentional AI. But this programme is built on years of real copywriting and email strategy experience.

The training is pre-recorded video (with slides), so you can learn on your own schedule.
The audio version will also be available if you prefer to listen on the go.

Subscriber-Led Sales is platform-agnostic. The strategy works regardless of which email tool you use (e.g. Kit/ActiveCampaign/MailerLite) – but your tool will need to support automation, and ideally (but not essentially) link triggers.
Without the automations, you won’t be able to build what I teach in module 1. And without link triggers, you’ll need to use the workaround for module 5.
I’ve created a quiz that tells you whether your current tool and plan supports automations and link triggers.
Check it before you enrol, so you know where you stand
If your tool doesn’t support automations at all (like Substack), you may need to switch platforms first. I’d recommend Kit – even the free plan allows one automation and up to 10,000 free subscribers.

This isn’t a beginner-basics course. I won’t be teaching you how to set up an email account or send your first email – but you don’t need to be an expert either.
If you already have an email list – even a small one – and you’ve sent emails to your subscribers, you’re ready for this. You should be comfortable logging into your email tool and navigating the basics.
The programme walks you through the strategy step by step, and the Slack support is there for when you need a hand.
The 30-min Tech SOS Call is specifically for setup and troubleshooting, so you won’t be left alone with the technical side.

The only live element is an optional 30-minute Tech SOS call that you can book if you need help with setup or tech. Totally optional.
The core of the programme is structured support and feedback.
When I surveyed my audience, the number one thing people wanted wasn’t more live calls – it was personalised feedback on their email strategy and copy. So Slack is open Monday to Friday for the full two months of the programme.
There are no restricted “office hours.” You can drop in anytime, share your questions or copy, and I’ll respond within 24 hours (on weekdays).
I like to give feedback in a mix of text, voice notes, and Loom videos, so it feels interactive and tailored.
Modules are released weekly for 5 weeks, which gives you a clear structure to follow if you like momentum and deadlines. But you’re free to move at your own pace.
Once all five modules are released, Slack support continues for a few additional weeks, so if you need more time to implement, you’ve got it.
